Parties and special events will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a separate written contract. 

Short term residential rates for the Woodshill Villa generally range from $1399 per night to $1,599 (in high season and holiday weekends), but the calendar often allows for last minute special offers, so don't hesitate to inquire, about our weekday promotions.
